Pilates Fusion is a blend of Pilates and Yoga exercises to build deep core strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.
My classes often start with a few minutes of breath awareness to honor the transition from our day to our practice. We flow into a series that moves the spine, strengthens the legs, roots us to the earth and tones the core.
There is always time to rest if needed, there are always options to go deeper.
